A general strategy of nonviolent resistance

• The resistance against the overthrow of the United States Government  
• The resistance against the traitor Donald Trump and his loyal followers
• The preservation of the United States Constitution in a time of lawlessness
• The use of nonviolent action in resisting and overcoming an illegal authoritarian coup

• Donald Trump and his followers do not care about this country or its citizens.
• We need concerted nonviolent action directed toward elected officials, government departments, and Maga loyalists.
• We must protect our country from the dangerous fallout of these criminals by forming parallel institutions to those illegally gutted.

• Re-institute the rule of law in federal government.
• Have legislators uphold their oath to the constitution, either through conversion from Maga ideology, accommodation, or nonviolent coercion.
• Impeach Donald Trump and remove him and his co-conspirators from office.

We know these are dangerous times.  A man who attempted to overthrow the United States Government is now elected as president and has unleashed a barrage of illegal orders and enforcement actions against our government and our citizens.  Several things are now clear about his actions, though his motivation and ultimate goals are not entirely clear:

1. Donald Trump does not care about preserving our country’s international, military, legal, economic, or cultural strengths; 
2. Donald Trump and his followers do not care about United States citizens;  they are actively harming United States citizens throughout the economic spectrum;
3. Donald Trump and his administration are in clear violation of the United States Constitution by :

•  Active refusal to enforce and obey the law
• Executive orders in contradiction to the constitution
• Executive orders in contradiction to the law

While the use of protest and our continued pressure on members of the legislative branch has provided some limited results,  there has been little change in the overwhelming onslaught on our government.  We must look to successes in the past in order to find effective fighting tools against illegal  actions and against the men and women working to destroy our nation.  Non-violent action should and can be implemented to fight back against these threats to our country and ourselves.

Non-violent action includes a wide range of actions limitless in scope and implementation so long as disciplined to prevent a devolution to aggression or violence.   While protesting and petitioning of government are part of non-violent action,  they are only a small part of non-violent action.  We have to implement other actions against these people in order to apply pressure.  The arsenal of non-violent action includes:

1. Protest and petitioning
2. Economic noncooperation
3. Social noncooperation
4. Political noncooperation

We need to utilize all of these avenues of resistance.  It will require bravery, fearlessness, and unrelenting energy to oppose these villains.  Some suggestions may make you uncomfortable or seem unethical or “wrong”, but these men and women are destabilizing our country by gutting our law enforcement and intelligence agencies, threatening to ignore judicial rulings, destroying family farms, and threatening our allies.  

This is something that has been implemented throughout the country at this time.  Numerous organizations such as Indivisible have helped to organize and educate citizens about these forms of nonviolent action.  There are more than enough resources and experienced organizers that can help you with this type of action.

In a normal situation where the national government actually cares about economic strength, then  boycotts, work stoppages and even general strikes might be effective tools to leverage against an unjust and illegal government.  They are still effective in popularizing resistance to the current regime and demonstrating solidarity in the resistance to win our country back.  However, Trump and his followers do not care about our economic strength and we should be careful that the economic actions we take do not irreparably harm our country or ourselves.   This does not preclude economic noncooperation, but we must maintain focused targets and goals to leverage our position.   

Another focus of economic action should be on specific people (for example congressional representatives), their financial security, and their everyday transactions. Because of the callous, cowardly, and dangerous nature of these men and women, all nonviolent action should be implemented with the widest perspective possible.

Economic boycott against businesses owned by Republican legislators

Your legislators may be multimillionaires, so winning by purely economic means will not be possible.  This type of nonviolent action applies pressure to them to uphold their responsibilities to this country.  If they own car dealerships then do not purchase cars from them, if they own restaurants do not patronize them.

Secondary boycotts

This involves boycotts against businesses supporting a legislator’s business.  Additionally, this can be expanded to boycott any business that allows the legislator orhis family members to do business with them.

Boycott them

Do not do business with them.  If you are a business owner then ban them from your business.  You can enhance this type of boycott by posting names/pictures of these individuals and why you are not allowing them in your business.  This can obvious impact your business if you are in a Maga infested area so as with everything discussed here,  you must rely on your own judgment and understanding of your circumstances before implementing these nonviolent actions of protest against these people.

This extends to every facet of business or personal relationship in general.  For example,  if you are a physician who treats one of these legislators, then fire them from your practice and refuse to take any of them as new patients.  These legislators seem to think they know more about medical care than medical professionals, so let them take care of themselves.

Ostracize

This should involve completely ostracizing the legislator and their family from your social circles and any social events you have control of.   These legislators have betrayed our country by failing to uphold the constitution and allowing an unchecked executive branch to run amok across multiple federal agencies and against numerous laws.  If your children play sports with their children, then pull your child out of the activity and publicly explain why.  

If you go to church with them, then find another church and encourage others to do so as well.  Better yet, these men and women have allowed decisions that will result in financial ruin for many American families and will deprive millions of others of needed medical care and medications.  I would urge you to discuss this with your church leadership and consider having these legislators removed from your church community due to their behaviors so strongly opposed to Christian teachings.

Educational noncooperation

Applications to your school from them or their family should simply be thrown away.  Refuse to allow them to register for courses and remove their status as students so that they are no longer allowed on campus.  Be creative and know that every additional stress, direct or indirect, for the legislator is a win, no matter how small that stress may seem.

Government employees and agencies

If you work for these legislators then resign.  Wide scale resignation from government departments such as those pertaining to law enforcement and oversight would likely be beneficial to the Trump government as it would allow him to install further loyalists to undermine the country; however, they also can shine a light on the corruption taking place as we have recently seen.  Other options to resist through nonviolent action include doing your work extremely slowly or inefficiently to prevent things from getting accomplished.   

Parallel Institutions

As the Department of Health and Human Services comes under the rule of a wildly unqualified conspiracy theorist,  the health of US citizens is threatened.  Their goal appears to be maximizing harm to US residents by deteriorating public health resources.  Without strong leadership based in sound evidence based medicine,  thousands if not millions of people are at risk of illness and death.  With anti-vaccination conspiracies and snake oil salesmen in key government positions, we must have sound confident leadership to guide physicians, other health professionals, and the public in general.  It is imperative that we work with health professionals and state governments to effect a parallel organization capable of communicating important health information and viewed as a source of authority by the public.  Many schools of public health and medical centers have vast resources of information comparable in many ways to those of public institutions, but even with access and availability to this material we risk misinterpretation and poor implementation.  It will require the legitimacy of local and state government and a trusted spokesperson or small group of experts able to clearly and effectively communicate with the public.

The same rationale goes for the creation of other parallel institutions being dismantled by the Trump/Musk administration.

Refusal to cooperate with law enforcement

Refusing to provide information to law enforcement can critically delay illegal actions against others.

Our country has faced numerous threats in the past and we have had allies beside us from our very beginning.  Now an unhinged madman works to destabilize the world order through appeasement to dictators and antagonizing long time allies.  You should continue to foster your relationships with your international friends, families, and colleagues.   We know that our allies must react to the overthrow of our constitutional democracy to protect themselves and attempt to maintain order through these unfortunate times.  It is hoped that our international allies will continue to assist our nation in every way possible to restore our constitutional democracy.

Military Recruitment

Project 2025 loves to discuss military strength.  In these times, it is your responsibility as a United States Citizen to dissuade your sons, daughters, brothers, sisters, mother, father, relatives, and friends not to enlist or otherwise join  or remain in the United States military at this time. 

Primary These Cowardly Bastards

Rumor is Republican representatives are going along with the dismantling of our government and laws for one main reason:  they are cowards.  They are scared of backlash from Maga loyalists especially the threat of violence and they are scared of having a primary challenger backed by Musk's money and Trump's fanatics.  It's healthy to face fears, so let's help them out by starting primary challenges right now.  We need never Trump Republicans who actually believe in the rule of law to step up in these deep red districts and issue immediate primary challenges to these useless, cowardly parasites.  This can accomplish a number of things:

1. Distraction and stressors for these Republican representatives
2. Potential distractions for Musk
3. Utilizing and wasting Musk's resources into these incumbent races
4. If Musk provides these incumbents with donations, we can firmly marry Musk and incumbents (we can do this regardless, but active donations will be damning if things continue like they have)
5. An early challenger can leverage the extra time and absence of the representative to consolidate support in the district
6. Given the danger these cowardly representatives present, a never Trump Republican option can be a viable primary option for center leaning Democrats and independents
